This agreement is between Shopxeno LLC and the Shopxeno Member.

1. Shopxeno will provide the Member with a U.S. street address for his/her use in the U.S.A.

2. Shopxeno's services consist of receiving the Member's merchandise only, sorting it, packing it, transporting it to the Member's country and delivering it to the Member's specified local address during regular business hours.  Shopxeno does not currently receive mail (letters, catalogs, magazines, and newspaper) on behalf of the Member.

3. Any charges generated directly from these activities, such as taxes, customs duties and service fees presently in effect or established in the future, will be the responsibility of the Shopxeno Member.

4. The Shopxeno Member authorizes Shopxeno to bill him/her, or charge his/her credit card for Membership fees, Shopping, Shipping and Handling, and any additional Charges selected by the Member. If Shopxeno receives a chargeback for any previous valid charges, then the Member's account may be immediately terminated and all mail/packages will be returned to sender or properly discarded.

5. Shipping charges are based on weight and are calculated in increments of 100 grams. Dimensional weight may apply to bulky, lightweight packages.

6. Shopxeno will not ship to any embargoed country.  These currently include Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria

7. The Shopxeno Member must comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including, but not limited to, the export laws and government regulations of any country to, from, through or over which the Shopxeno Member shipment may be carried.

8. The Shopxeno Member will never use the Shopxeno service to either receive or send illegal materials or controlled substances.  The Shopxeno Member will be solely responsible for any penalties or fines resulting from a violation of this condition. 

9. The Shopxeno Member certifies that all statements and information provided to Shopxeno relating to importation and/or exportation will be true and correct. Furthermore, the Shopxeno Member understands that civil and criminal penalties, including seizures and forfeiture, may be imposed by the governing authorities for making false and fraudulent statements or for the violation of any applicable U.S. law on exportation or export-related customs laws.

10. The Shopxeno Member is responsible for making sure goods shipped internationally are acceptable for entry into the destination country. All charges for shipment to and return from countries where entry is not permitted are the Member's responsibility.  Shopxeno assumes no responsibility for shipments abandoned in customs, and such shipments may be considered undeliverable.

11. Shopxeno has no liability whatsoever for refusal or rejection of shipments.  Shopxeno reserves the right to refuse or return any shipment when:
    1. the shipment may cause damage or delay to other shipments, property or personnel;
    2. the shipment is likely to sustain damage or loss in transit;
    3. the shipment contains any prohibited items;
    4. the account of the person or entity responsible for payment is not in good credit standing;
    5. acceptance of the shipment may jeopardize Shopxeno's ability to provide service to other customers.

12. Shopxeno reserves the right to terminate Shopxeno Member account when:
    1. Shopxeno services are being used for an illegal purpose or a purpose not authorized by Shopxeno
    2. Shopxeno or a third party's rights are being jeopardized
    3. Shopxeno or any third party is potentially exposed to liability or damage of any type
    4. the Shopxeno Member is violating the agreement between Shopxeno and the Shopxeno Member.

13. Illegal activity (as determined by U.S. laws) is not permitted by Shopxeno. Any legal fees incurred by Shopxeno enforcing the laws of the U.S. against a customer or potential customer will be the financial responsibility of the customer.

14. The Shopxeno Member agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Shopxeno, its owners, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, fines, judgments, damages, losses, costs and expenses of any nature whatsoever.

15. Either party may cancel this agreement with written notice (email, fax or letter). Shopxeno Members.   Shopxeno will have the option to return all packages/mail to the senders and/or discard the items for accounts which are cancelled.

16. If a Member does not pay for services rendered for a period over 30 days, his/her membership may be cancelled by Shopxeno. All packages and mail may be returned-to-sender or discarded at the sole discretion of Shopxeno. Member forfeits all claims to items abandoned in his mailbox, once his Membership is cancelled.

17. Monthly membership is automatically renewed unless the Member advises Shopxeno in writing he/she wishes not to renew their Membership.

18. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions. Your continued use of our website following the postings of changes will constitute your re-acceptance of the terms and conditions.

19. Membership starts the day we receive your application. Please note that we cannot send any shipments until the USPS Mail Forwarding Form 1583 has been completed and received by our office.
