How will I know if my order is delayed? We send out email notifications regarding order related issues including problems with credit card approval, item availability updates, shipping delays and any other order related issues.
What notifications will I receive regarding my order? The most frequent email notices we send are to confirm receipt of your order/inquiry, request more information about your inquiry submission, deliver your order quotation, request payment and inform you as items in your order are shipped. We also send notifications about issues such as changes in the expected shipping time frame, problems with billing, and cancellation notices. Can I add an item to an existing order? Our fulfillment process begins immediately after receiving your full payment. Therefore, once a payment is received it cannot be recalled to add new items.
