Shopxeno Returns

What is your return policy?

Please return items according to stipulations below.
 
For items purchased directly from stores listed at shopxeno.com:
All items should be returned directly to the online stores based upon their respective return policies.
 
For items we purchased on your behalf:
Since we shop online on your behalf, once your order is purchased, cancellation is not possible.
 
However, if you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items within the confines of the applicable return policy of the online store.  The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  Note that additional handling and service charges will be billed to the customer for any returns (with the exceptions of error-related returns, where we have ordered and/or mailed you the wrong item). 
 
Returns should be mailed by a prepaid, insured, traceable method.  We simply cannot be responsible for packages lost during return. Therefore, we highly recommend that your return be sent, at least, as an insured package.  Please contact us before you mail any returns to us.
 
The credit (less return processing and transaction fees calculated upon receipt of your return) will be applied to your Paypal account and may take up to two months to appear in your account (given associated shipping and return delays).


What is the process for replacing a damaged item?

We handle each situation on a case by case basis, so please notify us if you receive a damaged item.  Though we cannot guarantee any items that you have us purchase for you, if your shipment is damaged during shipment, we can file an insurance claim. 
 
Note:  Please be sure to select your items to be purchased from reputable companies selling high-quality goods to protect yourself from receiving inferior or defective goods.
